Game Development & Modeling Instruction
The curriculum in this video game design course has been specially designed to give you the tools to leave your mark on the game development industry by introducing the essentials of game character design. With an emphasis on group breakout sessions and game studio simulations, all students will learn at their own pace and will get plenty of one-on-one instruction. Students who don’t have previous experience using 3D software will quickly be brought up to speed with Autodesk® Maya®, the industry powerhouse software. Students who have advanced 3D skills will take their skills to the next level and discover the beauty and complexities of character modeling.

The program objective is to give you a solid foundation in modeling and animation using Autodesk Maya Complete and Adobe® Photoshop®. You’ll then apply what you’ve learned to building an animated DVD portfolio of your models and objects.
